- Older candidates with a delayed undergraduate degree: Must be under age 27 on October 1, 2024 (born after October 1, 1997) and have completed their first undergraduate degree after October 1, 2023.
- Education:
- Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree, typically equivalent to a First Class Honours Degree.
